Using DealFlo
DealFlo connects real estate wholesalers with buyers. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account and property information, have authority to market each property, and follow applicable real estate, advertising, and privacy laws. Keep your password secure and do not share buyer data outside your legitimate deal negotiations.
Subscriptions and payment
Starter costs $67 per month for one submission, Pro costs $99 per month for three submissions, and Elite costs $199 per month for unlimited submissions. New subscriptions charge immediately without a free trial. Existing subscribers retain their agreed pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly unless canceled.
Cancellation and access
Cancel through Manage or cancel on your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Failed payments suspend paid features until payment is resolved. Monthly submissions reset each billing cycle; unused monthly submissions do not roll over.
No-match credit and resubmissions
DealFlo does not offer refunds. If a new deal matches no buyers, you receive one extra free submission regardless of plan. The credit is awarded once per eligible deal. Eligible no-match or expired deals can be adjusted and resubmitted without using another submission.
Buyer matching and marketing
A buyer match is not a guarantee of interest, financing, a sale, or a closing. Negotiation, due diligence, contracts, and closing are your responsibility. Pro and Elite members may create a marketing flyer and send it to consented matched buyers. Assignment fees are excluded from flyers. You must not use DealFlo for unsolicited messages or misrepresent property details.
Our role and service limitations
DealFlo is not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or legal adviser and does not represent either party. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service or a particular financial result. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
