Information we collect
We collect the name, email, phone, company, account details, referral information, property details, photos, and messages you provide. We also record subscription status, submission usage, match results, support requests, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Stripe processes payment details; DealFlo does not store your full card number.
How we use information
We use your information to create and secure your account, process subscriptions, match properties to buyers, generate requested flyers, send account and deal notifications, respond to support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Matched wholesalers receive buyer names, companies, email addresses, and phone numbers. When a wholesaler requests a buyer blast, the property flyer and the wholesaler's chosen contact details are shared with eligible matched buyers. Lovable Cloud hosts account and property data; Stripe processes payments; AI services process the property information submitted for flyer generation. A dedicated email provider may deliver consented marketing messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
DealFlo uses browser storage for sign-in and referrals. The site includes Meta Pixel, which records page views, signup-form interactions, and completed purchases for advertising measurement. Meta may associate these events with its own identifiers under its policies. Browser privacy controls and content blockers can limit this tracking.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Account access controls and private photo storage restrict access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can cancel your subscription from the dashboard, unsubscribe using links in marketing emails, and request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights by emailing anchorgroup02@gmail.com. Account and billing records may need to be retained where legally required. Unsubscribing from app emails does not prevent necessary authentication or password-reset emails.
Children, changes, and contact
